When will I be charged?
When you order something, we'll check to make sure you have enough money on your card by putting a temporary hold on that amount. This hold might show up on your account for up to 5 business days. We'll only take the money for real when we send out your order. To avoid any issues, please use a credit card that doesn't expire before July 2023.

How do I check the status of my order once it's placed?
We'll send you emails to let you know how your order is coming along.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If something you want is sold out, don't give up! Keep coming back to our site because we're always adding new items and restocking old ones.
I have a tracking number but my order shows no movement. When will I get it?
If your tracking number doesn't show any info immediately, don't worry. It can take up to 48 hours for it to start working. Sometimes, especially with a lot of orders, it might take even longer. We can't control this part, as it's up to the shipping companies.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, we usually can't cancel or change it.
Can I change my address after my order has been placed?
If you need to change your address, get in touch with our customer service team right away. We'll do our best to help, as long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.
Can I change my payment method or email address after the order is placed?
Sorry, once you've placed your order, we can't change the payment method or email address associated with it. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service team, and they'll help you out.

What is you policy for returns & exchanges?
Here's how to return items:
- Send them back within 30 days from when the item was shipped.
- Make sure they're in new and sellable condition.
- Get approval from Shower Society before returning them. Items sent back without approval won't be credited and may be discarded.
How do I make a return?
If you want to return a product:
- Go to your order history and click "Return Items?"
- Our customer service team will email you a return label and instructions after reviewing your request.

Where does Shower Society products ship to?
We ship to all locations within the contiguous United States except for Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to international locations?
We can't send packages to addresses outside the United States at the moment. But don't worry, we're working on expanding our shipping internationally. Stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my shipment?
When we send out your order from our warehouse, we'll email you to confirm. In that email, you'll find a tracking number and a link to track your package.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package gets lost while it's on its way to you, please contact us at support@showersociety.com
We'll try our best to assist you. However, once the delivery is confirmed, we're no longer responsible for any lost packages.
What do I do if the package doesn't arrive?
You don't have to sign for online orders. If you're worried your package might be lost or stolen, just email our customer service team at support@showersociety.com, and they'll help you out.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your billing address must be located in the United States.
When will I be charged?
We only charge your card after we've shipped your order.
Why do I get an error message after I place an order?
If you see an error message after clicking "Place Order," there might be an issue with the billing or shipping information you provided. Double-check that the billing details match what's on file with your credit card provider. This includes the cardholder's name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, ensure both are accurate.
How do I use a promo code on showersociety.com?
If you have a valid code, simply enter it during checkout to redeem it.
Why Isn't my promo code working?
Please ensure that the promo code is typed correctly without any mistakes and that it hasn't expired. If it's correct and still active but didn't work, some items in your bag might not be eligible for the offer. Also, remember that promo codes generally cannot be used together.
